Start to be independent in the new workplace
I know i complain easily , let's save them in BBS only.
I went jogging on monday and thursday night, only 1300 though. But i really like the feel of aching buttocks and tummy, same as badminton.
Jogging is more than exercising to me, it also a training for perseverance. When i want to give up and rest, i always tell myself that i need to be more persevered. After achieving my goal, i feel the feeling of achievement, not only i exercise today but also again i overcome my weakness that i always give up easily.
Hope i can apply this spirit to other area in my life.
